AI Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection, AI-generated content and code may require human review. We provide the tools and implementation, but the final usage and deployment decisions are the client's responsibility.
We recommend thorough testing in staging environments before any production deployment of AI-powered features.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Intellectual property rights are clearly defined to protect both parties:

Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the custom code, website, and automation workflows developed specifically for them. This includes:
- •Custom website designs and frontend code
- •Backend systems and databases
- •Custom AI workflows and automation scripts
- •All project documentation and assets
⚡Agency Rights
Fast Cybers retains the right to use generic code snippets, reusable components, and pre-built AI agents for other projects. This specifically excludes:
- ✕Client's confidential business logic
- ✕Proprietary algorithms developed for the client
- ✕Client's branding and identity elements
- ✕Client's data and user information
4. Payments & Refunds
All projects operate on a structured payment basis to ensure clarity and mutual commitment:
For project-based work, payments are tied to specific deliverables. Typical structure: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% on completion.
For ongoing services, a fixed monthly fee covers agreed-upon hours and deliverables. Billed at the start of each month.
Refund Policy
- •No refunds are issued for work already completed and delivered.
- •Retainer agreements can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
- •Unused hours in the final month are non-refundable but may be applied to final deliverables.
5. Limitation of Liability

Fast Cybers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Third-Party AI API Outages
Service interruptions caused by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other AI provider downtime or rate limiting.
Platform Algorithm Changes
Changes to Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platform algorithms affecting marketing performance.
Data Loss or Business Interruption
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall Fast Cybers' total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Netanya, Israel, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
